Terms of Service

§1 Overview

The Service is a religion-neutral self-understanding framework provided by the collective persona "Shikilux Editorial" (Tokyo-based, personally operated).

The Service is stewarded as a collective persona, not the personal authority of a founder, to maintain quality and ethical standards across stewards.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between the user ("User") and Shikilux Editorial.

§2 Service Description

The Service provides the following features.

• Four-axis (essence, cycle, relation, guidance) self-understanding reports
• Daily digest delivery (email / web)
• Personal reports (one-time purchase PDF)
• Book sales through KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing)

The Service does not provide predictions, but a "mirror of tendencies" for self-understanding. For important decisions (medical, legal, financial, etc.), please consult qualified professionals.

§3 Account Registration

Account registration requires minimal personal information (date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, email address, password).

Users under 14 cannot register. Users between 15 and 17 require parental consent.

Users are responsible for keeping their password secure. Shikilux Editorial is not liable for unauthorized account use.

§4 Fees

The pricing structure is as follows.

• B2C subscription (monthly / annual) — Daily delivery and basic features
• Personal report (one-time purchase) — Detailed report PDF
• PPP (Purchasing Power Parity) pricing — Regional pricing based on purchasing power
• Payments are processed via Stripe

Prices may change without notice but will not apply to existing subscriptions.

§5 Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled with one click. No retention dialogs or additional questions will be presented.

Cancellation is effective immediately if before the next billing cycle, otherwise at the end of the current billing period.

Personal reports (one-time purchases) are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure preventing delivery.

§6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited when using the Service.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or analyzing internal algorithms
• Plagiarism or unauthorized reproduction of Service content or outputs
• Resale of subscriptions or personal reports
• Scraping, automated access, or unauthorized API use
• Harassment or interference with other users
• Actions that violate laws or public morals

§7 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to Service content, calculation algorithms, UI/UX, logos, and trademarks belong to the collective persona "Shikilux Editorial" (personal pen name).

"Shikilux" is a trademark (TM). Use without authorization is prohibited.

Personal reports are limited to personal use; modification, commercial use, or redistribution is prohibited.

§8 Disclaimer

The Service is intended as a "mirror of self-understanding" and does NOT provide:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Legal advice or legal judgment
• Financial advice or investment judgment
• Counseling or psychotherapy

Please consult qualified professionals when needed. Shikilux Editorial is not liable for any damages resulting from Service use.

§9 Changes to Terms

These Terms may be modified as needed.

For material changes, notice will be provided 30 days in advance via registered email and on the site.

If you do not agree to modified Terms, please cancel your subscription.

§10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.

Any disputes regarding the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
